Peaches and Cream
1 cup silken tofu
1/2 cup agar agar
3 tablespoons all natural peach syrup (or 1 peach)
1 teaspoon cinnamon plus extra for garnish
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon. Serves 1.
