Herbed Beef Stew
1 lb beef round, cubed 4 tsp seasoned flour - 1 cup flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp pepper 1 1/2 cups beef broth 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1 garlic clove 1 bay leaf 4 carrots, sliced 3 potatoes, cubed 2 onions, diced 1 rounded tsp fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1 round tsp of fresh basil or 1/2 tsp dried basil 1 tbsp fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley 1 rounded tsp fresh marjoram or 1 tsp dried marjoram 1. Put meat in slow cooker.Add seasoned flour. Toss with meat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. 2. Cover. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 10-12 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
