Raspberry Gelatin
1 cup agar agar 1/2 cup raspberries 1/4 cup all natural raspberry syrup 1/4 cup silken tofu whipped 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 1. In a blender, combine agar agar, raspberries and syrup 2. Whip tofu separately with maple syrup in blender or beat together by hand 3. Serve gelatin with whipped silken topping. Serves 1
