Grilled Turkey Tenderloins
Marinade
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced ginger
2 tablespoons minced shallots
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chopped pineapple
1/4 cup minced basil
salt and pepper to taste
2 turkey tenderloins
Preheat the grill to high
In a large bowl, mix the marinade ingredients. Add the tenderloins and marinate for 30 minutes
Place the tenderloins on the hot grill and cook them for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Cut the tenderloins in medallions about 1 inch thick and serve.
